Alvear Pedro Ximenez Solera 1927 is a sweet wine from Spain. .
This is a deep amber/brown coloured wine. Made from Pedro Ximerez, it has very complex, toasted aromas with notes of very long aging (5 years in American oak barrels). It has intense aromas of dried figs, grape, butterscotch and chocolate. It is lusciously sweet, rich and full-bodied, with a viscous texture and medium acidity which balances the sweetness.
