Coeur de Pouilly is the lastest Pouilly-Fuissé vintage from Domaine Trouillet. It is a white wine made mainly with Chardonnay and aging in French oak barrels. It has a powerful character : floral and mineral. It is delicate and medium-bodied with an opulent texture and a structure full of flavours.
