Domaine de Ménard is a white Côtes de Gascogne. It is a lively and elegant dry white wine. It is made with Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is precise and very aromatic. Its fruity character is marked by the tropical fruit and pineapple of the Colombard, and strengthened by the aromas of grapefruit brought by the Sauvignon. It is round and ample on the palate, with a long finish. The wine is perfect as an aperitif, with poultry or fish, shellfish and seafood.
