Domaine de Saint-Estève is a white wine. 
It is made with Chardonnay. It aged on fine lees for 2-3 months. The wine has a clear and pale golden robe. It has a floral nose with peach, apricot and English candy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh with a long finish and with grapefruit flavours.
The wine is perfect as an aperitif and it agrees perfectly with fish and shellfish.
