Pouilly Loché ‘Les Mûres’ is a white Burgundy wine from Domaine Trouillet. It is made with Chardonnay and it aged and vinified in vats. It has a bright and pale golden colour. The wine is lively and mineral with citruses and ripe fruits (pear, peach, quince) notes. It has a very beautiful long lasting aromas with very fine candied fruit and honey hints. The wine agrees perfectly with creamy chicken dishes, noble fish and goat cheeses.
