Sancerre Blanc Origine is a white wine made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it has a pale yellow colour. It has a fine nose of white flowers (hawthorns) and some mineral touches. On the palate, the wine opens with rich and fresh texture and ends on a seductive style. The finish is on the citrus.
It is lovely as an aperitif. The wine agrees perfectly with seafood, fish, Asian meals and goat cheeses, particularly the Crottin de Chavignol.
