Terre de Berne Rosé is a rosé Côtes de Provence.
It is made with 30% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 30% Cabernet. It has a beautiful salmon pink colour with slightly golden reflections. The first taste gives delicious and fresh flavours with very fine and elegant aromas of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant). The finish is long with fruity notes of white fruit like peach. It is a well-balanced wine.
It is perfect as an aperitif. It pairs perfectly with Provencal starters, Mediterranean cuisine or Asian or oriental cuisine.
