Flavour : mild Aroma : buttery Tomme de l'Hermanderie is the only cheese made by the GAEC de l'Hermanderie in the Pays de la Loire region in France. Tomme de l'Hermanderie is made from raw cow’s milk. It is a semi-soft, pressed cheese like Tomme de Savoie with a pliable and firm texture. The cheese has numerous irregular “eyes” spread throughout the ivory/yellow-coloured paste. The taste of the cheese is more buttery than a Tomme de Savoie. The cheese pairs best with medium bodied red wines from Côtes du Rhône, sausages, fruits and bread.
